To start using Eva for the internal database, please follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Open Google Chrome, click on Recruitment Assist Chrome extension, and Sign-in or check if you are already Signed in to Recruitment Assist.
If you are already Signed in to CrintellTech Recruitment Assist, you will see "your name" as shown below.
Click on Dashboard
Step 2: Open the CrintellTech Recruitment Assist search tool by clicking on the Search button found in your Dashboard.
Step 3: After opening "Search", you can search for candidates from the internal database who match your requirement by clicking on the "New Search" button on the top right corner of the screen.
Step 4: In the Search window, enter proper search strings (Keywords) in the respective fields of the Screening Criteria to search for candidates based on your requirement. (Example screenshot below)
Step 5: After entering the required search strings. Click on "Search". Recruitment Assist will now search for candidates in the Internal database. Please wait for the page to load to see a preview of all the candidates who match your requirements.
Once the Search is completed, CrintellTech Recruitment Assist will show all the matched candidates as shown below. You will see candidate cards sorted as per the match percentage and all necessary details of the candidate along with their contact info and resume attachment will be listed in the results window.
