1. Does the browser slow down due to CrintellTech's Recruitment Assist?
Fundamentally, Chrome extensions are never built to alter the performance of the browser. If that were the case, Google would never approve Chrome plugins. Recruitment Assist only downloads the resume attachment on these Job boards and emails them to ATS. We also collect some vital information such as phone number, City, State, and zip code.
We have more than 20,000 recruiters using this product daily and no one has complained of any slowness.
CrintellTech Recruitment Assist does not impact browser performance.
2. What is the time taken to parse a resume into ATS?
The average time taken is less than 2 minutes.
From our end, we email the resume to ATS in a few milliseconds. ATS also does a good job of parsing these resumes quickly. Again, this is not subjective but checked periodically over time.
3. What is the time taken to parse a note into ATS?
The average time taken is less than 5 minutes.
4. Why do candidates at times get parsed with Incorrect Candidate Names?
ATS does not let us create a candidate via API. Hence, we email the candidate to ATS and they parse the candidate’s resume. Hence the name and any other field that is created is not by us but by Jobdiva. Unfortunately, we do not control this.
5. Why did the Candidate Resume get uploaded multiple times?
If the Recruiter ignores the duplicate notification from CrintellTech Recruitment Assist and still views the Job Board resume, then CrintellTech Recruitment Assist will immediately email the resume to ATS. ATS ensures that if the email ID is the same, then they will not create a duplicate candidate within their system. They also ensure that the resume does not get uploaded multiple times within a certain time span. But in a few cases, we have seen that happen.
6. Why did the resume not reflect in the ATS?
A couple of reasons:
a. We did not find any contact information for the candidate.
b. The ATS did not parse the resume. The parser accuracy is around 94%.
7. Why did the note not get added to ATS?
When a resume is created in ATS without an email ID, CrintellTech Recruitment Assist will not be able to look up the candidate in ATS to update the note. A classic example is profiles from Indeed.
8. Why are there Resumes with Missing Email ID’s?
When an email ID is not mentioned in the resume, ATS will create the candidate without an email.
9. The profile did not get updated with City, State, Zip, etc. Why?
CrintellTech Recruitment Assist looks up a candidate in ATS via the Email ID. When a profile in ATS is created without an email ID, CrintellTech Recruitment Assist will not be able to find that candidate and hence will not be able to update the profile with the missing information.
10. How are Indeed Resumes Parsed?
Indeed Resumes do not have contact information. Hence the resume that is pushed into ATS will also not have contact information. Also, any Note entered against an Indeed profile will not be added into ATS.
