Resume Parser

LaborEdge’s integration with CrintellTech enables agencies to parse incoming resumes and update Work History and Education of the profile. 

Resume parser workflow

Resumes for parsing can be uploaded by either the Candidate or the ATS users, or both. However, the control over which resumes are parsed ultimately lies with the Agency.

Resumes uploaded by candidates:

• Candidates can upload their resume from LEAP > Profile > Employment History > Upload Resume

• Once the resume has been uploaded, the parsed resume is visible in Candidate Management.

• From LEAP > Profile, candidates can delete their previous resume and upload a new one.

Resumes uploaded by ATS users:

• Agency users can add the LEAP resume for candidates by navigating to Candidate > LEAP Details, but only if there is no existing resume uploaded by the candidate in LEAP. If the candidate has already uploaded a resume to LEAP, agency users cannot upload it again from the ATS.
