Troubleshoot Recruitment Assist

If Recruitment Assist isn't working as expected, try these solutions.

Before you begin

Most issues can be resolved by signing out and back in. This refreshes your connection and clears temporary conflicts.

To sign out: Visit app.crintelltech.com/r/signout

To sign back in:

  1. Go to crintelltech.com and click Login

  2. Enter your email and password

  3. If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot Password or contact support@crintelltech.com

If signing out and back in did not resolve the issue, please continue to the next section.


Check your browser and settings

Update Chrome

Recruitment Assist requires the latest version of Chrome to function properly. - Update Google Chrome

Clear cookies and cache

Clearing your browser data can resolve authentication and loading issues. - How to clear cookies and cache

Log back in and verify the extension is active

  1. Go to crintelltech.com and click Login. After signing in, confirm that Recruitment Assist is working

    1. Click the Recruitment Assist icon in your Chrome toolbar

    2. Check that your name appears—this confirms you're signed in

    3. Visit any supported job board and try pushing a profile

If your name doesn't appear or you can't push profiles, continue to the next section.


Reinstall the extension

If basic troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue, please continue with the steps below.

Remove Recruitment Assist

  1. Click the three-dot menu (â‹®) in Chrome's top-right corner

  2. Select Settings > Extensions

  3. Find CrintellTech Recruitment Assist and click Remove

  4. Confirm when prompted

Install Recruitment Assist

  1. Go to crintelltech.com and click Login

  2. Sign in with your credentials

  3. Follow the installation prompts

Enable cookies for app.crintelltech.com

Chrome sometimes blocks cookies needed for Recruitment Assist to authenticate. Here's how to allow them:

  1. Navigate to any CrintellTech page (app.crintelltech.com)

  2. Click the padlock icon (or information icon) in Chrome's address bar

  3. Select Cookies

  4. Locate app.crintelltech.com:

    • If it's under Blocked, select it and click Allow

    • If it's already under Allowed, you're all set

  5. Click Done and restart Chrome

Allow pop-ups on the CrintellTech Dashboard

The extension uses pop-ups to display candidate information and push profiles. If these are blocked, the extension won't function properly.

  1. Go to your CrintellTech Dashboard

  2. Click the information icon (or padlock) next to the URL in the address bar

  3. Select Site Settings

  4. Scroll down to Pop-ups and redirects and set it to Allow

  5. Reload the page and test the extension
