Follow these steps to troubleshoot issues with Recruitment Assist

  • Step 1: Log out from the CrintellTech Recruitment Assist extension by clicking on this link: https://app.crintelltech.com/r/signout

  • Step 2: Ensure your Chrome browser is updated to the latest version. How to update Google Chrome

  • Step 3: Clear your browser cookies. Here’s an article for your reference on how to clear your cookies. How to Clear Cookies

  • Step 4: After clearing browser cookies and cache, you will be logged out of Recruitment Assist. Go to https://www.crintelltech.com and click on Login. 

  • Step 5: Enter your official email ID and the password you have set.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link to reset, or email support@crintelltech.com.

Check if you can log in and stay signed in by clicking the Recruitment Assist icon in the extension. Also, please try pushing a profile from any Job Board.

Your name should be displayed after sign in. 


If the issue persists, follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Uninstall the CrintellTech Recruitment Assist extension from your browser.

    • Click on the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner. 
    • Go to the Chrome menu and click SettingsExtensions ⇨ Click "Remove" next to the CrintellTech extension.
    • Click "Confirm" again to confirm the removal of the extension.

 

  • Step 2: Go to https://crintelltech.com/, click on Login, enter your credentials, and follow the on-screen instructions to install the extension.

 

If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link to reset, or email support@crintelltech.com.

 

  • Step 3: Ensure Cookies Are Allowed

  1. Click on the top left icon next to URL to View site information.
  2. Click on "Cookies" the last second option in the dropdown.
  3. Make sure "app.crintelltech.com" is under "Allowed" section. If yes, click on Done.
  4. If No, click on Blocked (shown in fig.2).
  5. Select "app.crintelltech.com", and click on Allow, and then click on Done.
  6. Relaunch Google Chrome.


 

 

  • Step 4: Ensure that you have granted the necessary permissions for the extension to operate effectively.

  • Step 5: Navigate to the Job Board, refresh the page, and attempt again.
