📋 Job Board–Specific Issues
If the general troubleshooting steps above did not help and the issue is specific to one job board, check the notes below.
—> Indeed
Recruitment Assist works on Indeed's Smart Sourcing page.
Indeed periodically updates their interface, which can temporarily affect profile push. If push fails only on Indeed, a new version of Recruitment Assist may be needed — contact support to confirm.
After an update, always follow the 5-step update process.
Ensure you are on a LinkedIn profile page with visible contact details.
LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite have different page layouts — confirm which version your account uses.
If the Recruitment Assist popup does not appear, try refreshing the LinkedIn page.
—> Dice
If you see a duplicate notification (black box), do not click the candidate name again. Use the hover view to access the resume from your internal database.
Dice periodically changes their search results layout, which can temporarily affect functionality.
—> Monster / CareerBuilder
If profiles from Monster or CareerBuilder are not being created in your ATS, the issue may be related to field mapping during parsing. Contact support with the candidate's name and email so we can investigate.
—> Candidates showing wrong source in ATS
If candidates pushed from one job board are appearing with a different source in your ATS (e.g., Indeed candidates labeled as Monster), this is a source mapping configuration issue. See Configuring Source Mapping for ATS Integrations.
