The report with the subject line Daily statistics [21-10-2024 - 22-10-2024] is the detailed parsing report which contains every candidate profile opened by individual recruiters (including duplicates i.e., profiles opened multiple times).
Here is a brief description of the details available in this report.
- Name: Candidate Name
- Email: Candidate Email id
- Phone: Candidate Phone number
- Recruiter Email: The email id of the recruiter who opened the profile of the candidate mentioned in Column A.
- Site: The job board from which the candidate's profile was downloaded by the recruiter mentioned in Column D.
- Note: The content of the notes (if any) entered by the recruiter mentioned in Column D.
- Addedon: The date on which the profile was pushed to the ATS.
- Addedtime: The time at which the profile was pushed to the ATS.
- TimeZone: The time zone of the date and time mentioned in Columns G & H.
Please note: If the Name of the candidate appears multiple times in this report, it is an indication that the recruiter has opened the same profile again on the job board.
