Report Interpretation Guide
This report provides details on recruiter interactions with candidate notifications (Black/Blue notifications).Below is a description of each column and its purpose:
- Column A: Recruiter Email ID - The email ID of the recruiter who received the candidate notification on screen.
- Column B: Job Board Source - The job board on which the notification was given to the recruiter mentioned above.
- Columns C & D: Candidate Name & Email ID - Candidate's name and email ID for whom the de-duplication notification appeared on the job board.
- Column E: Profile View Status - Did the recruiter see the profile using the "resume view on hover" feature?
- FALSE: Indicates that a duplicate notification (black bar) was shown, but the recruiter (in Column A) did not view the resume by hovering over the notification.
- TRUE: Indicates that the recruiter viewed the resume by hovering over the notification, saving a job board view/job board credits for the company.
- Column F: Duplicate Notification Ignore Status
- FALSE: Indicates that a duplicate notification (black bar) was shown, and the recruiter did not ignore it by clicking the Job Board link again.
- TRUE: Indicates that the recruiter ignored the notification by clicking the Job Board link again, despite the duplicate notification, costing an additional job board view/credit.
- Column G: Profile pushed date on the notification - This is the date displayed in the black notification before the recruiter clicked on the Job board link and viewed the same candidate again. This date is intended to help management decide if the recruiter clicked on the link again, as the resume which was already in the database was old and for that reason, the recruiter ignored the notification and clicked on the link again.
- Column H: Original Recruiter Name - Name of the recruiter who had initially pushed this resume for the first time on the date mentioned in Column G.
