  3. Unengaged Users report - Daily/Weekly/Monthly

There is no direct approach to identify users who are not using the product as Google privacy policies restrict us from tracking this.

The only way we can identify that the user is active is when there is some activity performed by the user using the Recruitment Assist chrome extension.

We have a workaround through which we are able to identify the last activity detected by a user account and list them as "Unengaged users".

The user accounts where we do not detect activity are listed in the Un-engaged user report as shown below.
The last column in the report "Last Login" gives the status of the user mentioned in the second column (Name).

Last Login

  1. Date: When a date is mentioned here, the last login date is based on the last activity that was detected using the chrome extension. This activity might be a profile push, resume view on hover, adding notes, or profile download.
  2. Never: If we have not detected any activity for a very long period of time or since day 1 of the implementation of the chrome extension, or if a user does not use job boards then they will be mentioned as never in the Last login column of the Unengaged user report.
Please note that even if a user is working everyday but do not use any job boards they will be listed as un-engaged.
