Records call outcomes (interested, not interested, voicemail, opt-out, etc.).

📋 Understanding the Summary Report
The VoiceAI Summary Report shows activity by recruiter. Here is what each column means:
Recruiter Name — The recruiter whose candidates were called.
Calls Placed — Total number of call attempts made.
Dropped — Calls that were disconnected before a conversation could begin (e.g., network issues, invalid phone numbers).
Voicemail — Calls that went to the candidate's voicemail.
Answered — Calls where the candidate picked up and a conversation occurred.
Interested — Candidates who expressed interest in the opportunity during the call.
Opt-Outs — Candidates who asked not to be called again.
Interested / Total (%) — The percentage of all calls placed that resulted in an interested candidate.
Interested / Answered (%) — The percentage of answered calls that resulted in an interested candidate. This is your conversion rate and the most important metric for evaluating call quality.

The VoiceAI Jobs Report shows which jobs are currently running and the results for each:
Job Title — The requirement being sourced.
Requirements — Key skills or qualifications for the role.
Interested Candidates — Candidates who expressed interest, shown with their phone number, preferred callback time, and notes from the AI conversation.
Tip: Use the "Interested Candidates" section to prioritize your follow-up calls. Focus on candidates who gave specific callback times or expressed strong interest.
🔍 Why You Might See Unexpected Results
—> High number of "Dropped" calls
This can happen when:
The candidate's phone number is incorrect or disconnected.
The candidate's carrier is blocking automated calls.
There are network connectivity issues.
Action: Review the phone numbers in your database for accuracy. If the drop rate is consistently high, contact support so we can investigate.
—> Low "Interested / Answered" conversion rate
This may indicate:
The job requirements do not match the candidate pool being called.
Candidates in your database are outdated or no longer active in the market.
The screening criteria may need adjustment.
Action: Review the candidate list being used and consider refreshing it with more recent sourcing.
—> Calls showing as "Answered" but no outcome recorded
This can occur when:
The call was very short (candidate hung up quickly).
There was a technical issue during the conversation.
Action: Contact support with the specific call details for investigation.

VoiceAI reports are typically delivered to your team via email or shared through the CrintellTech dashboard. If you are not receiving reports or need to change the delivery method, contact support@crintelltech.com.
