Fixing Repeated Logouts in the Recruitment Assist Extension

If recruiters are being repeatedly signed out of the Recruitment Assist Chrome extension, it's usually caused by a Microsoft Intune policy blocking the extension. This article covers the one-time fix for your IT team and the quick re-login steps for recruiters.


Why this happens

After a Microsoft Intune rollout, the Recruitment Assist extension can be treated as an unverified app. Intune then blocks it or forces it to sign out, which interrupts recruiters mid-task. Registering the extension as a verified app stops this from happening.


Step 1 — One-time fix (IT / Admin)

Register the Crintell extension as a verified app in Microsoft Intune so it's no longer blocked or forced to sign out.

  1. Open the Microsoft Intune admin center.

  2. Add the Crintell Chrome extension to the allowed / verified extensions list, using the details below.

  3. Apply the policy to the recruiter device group.

  • Extension name: Recruitment Assist

  • Extension ID: obijodhgkeccnkjekfpdkojhadcfhfhk

💡 This is a one-time setup. Once the policy is applied, the extension stays trusted across the device group.


Step 2 — Log back in (Recruiters)

Once IT confirms the extension has been added as a verified app, follow these steps to sign back in:

  1. Open this link in your browser: https://app.crintelltech.com/logout

  2. Click the Logout button on that page.

  3. After you're logged out, click Login.

  4. Sign in again using your usual credentials.

That's it — once you log back in, the extension should stay signed in without logging you out again.
